Trinitarians of the 3rd millenium.
At the third millenium, the sons of St John of Matha, want to start again the revolutionary force of their charisma, with a new engagement of understanding, presence on the territory in:
- entering the concrete situations which generate oppression and persecution,
- releasing oppressed and persecuted of our time,
- acting with all the means to convert with peace - tolerance - justice oppressors and the systems which generate oppression.
In each unhappy man there is the Christ, son of God, who suffers in him.
Jesus be identified with each unhappy, poor, rejected, persecuted, oppressed, condemned, excluded. Any suffering is to some extent the fruit of the selfishness of some, the selfishness of us all. The unhappy one, which does not have a human figure anymore, in front of which one we, disgusted, divert the eyes; with its suffering, it pays the price of the evil in us, repairs our sins, and is our redeemer. Let us be grateful to him, relieve his sorrow, release him, love him.
